some cards using My Little Shoebox

My assignment for My Little Shoebox this month was to create a bunch of cards using the Destinations collection.

Because of all of the CHA sneaks these haven't made it up on the MLS blog yet but I thought I'd go ahead and share a few with you today. This collection is fun with its bright images and it can be used for themed projects and a wide variety of others as you will see here;

These all use the Destinations collection which is very "themey", but as you can see, I have used them for a variety of cards and only one of which is real "themey".

more Bella cuteness

Good morning!

I am back from my whirlwind trip to California this weekend and my head is still a bit dizzy from my many flights yesterday so this will be a quick one :)

We had so much fun hanging out and getting reacquainted- you see, I haven't seen some of these girls in 20 years!! It had been way too long but we were able to pick up where we'd left off like no time had passed at all. We are hoping to make it a yearly event now and I can't wait until the next time I get to see everyone.

Here we are at dinner at Scott's Seafood restaurant in Sacramento, CA 

We got pedicures earlier in the day and even baby Lily got her toenails painted!! Isn't that so cute?

new Designer Tape from Bella Blvd

I have to admit that when I saw the sneaks for the new washi tape from Bella Blvd I got a little excited.

Ok, a LOT excited and I not-so-secretly wished that there would be some in my product box that for my CHA and catalog work. I got 5 of the new tapes and am so anxious to get the other colors.

Here is the layout that I created using some of the tape and the Spring Flings and Easter Things collection:

We're Expecting collection from Bella Blvd and a peek

Good morning!

I am so glad that it's Thursday- it means we are SO close to the weekend and this weekend I get to go on a trip to visit with friends I haven't seen for 20 years. What a fun reunion it is going to be!

But, because I am going out of town I am working like a crazy woman to get things done before I leave tomorrow.
