Kiwi Lane Designs Blog Hop!

Good morning and welcome to the Kiwi Lane Designs blog hop!

When I was asked if I would like to take part in the hop today I said sure!

You should start at the Kiwi Lane Blog and I am your second stop.

Here is a list of the designers participating in today's hop:

2. Becky Williams   ***you are here!

In case you don't know much about Kiwi Lane Designs you can learn more here on their website. Kiwi Lane sells designer templates that make scrapbooking quick and easy. They work based on a principle called "framing" to help add visual interest and bring the focus to the pictures on your pages. You simply place the template on the paper of your choice, trace around it, cut it out and then place it on your project.

I received the Cascade Trails border templates which I used on both the card and layout seen below. I used the 3A,3B on the card and 2A,2B on the layout.

Here are my projects:

I like how the curved shape gives a little variety to the stripes on my card.
(Supplies: Pebbles Inc. Sunny Side Collection)

(Supplies: Pebbles Inc. Sunny Side Collection, KI Memories "smile" tape)

The templates can be used for a page border; I used them as an accent on my page.

Here are a few detail shots of my page:

I layered my pictures on top of the strips cut with the templates

and used them to ground my title.

These templates are fun and make scrapbooking quick and easy.

BIG NEWS:  a random winner from ONE of the 10 blogs (including the Kiwi Lane blog), will be given a $25 gift certificate to the Kiwi Lane Shop for leaving a comment, so make sure to leave a comment on each designer's blog for your chance to win.

Next head on over to Jenny Urzua's blog and then follow the links through the other blogs until the end of the hop.

Have a great day!

♥♥
