Cards that Care Blog Hop


Good morning and welcome to the "Cards that Care" blog hop!

It's so great to have you along for the hop and I hope that you have seen lots of great ideas so far to get you in the Christmas and holiday card making spirit and to help Vera and Jennifer gather cards for elderly in nursing homes this holiday season.
