sharing some Noel Mignon love

My project for today is a layout that I created with the Noel Mignon kit club February kit:

This kit is a mix of product from Simple Stories, Pebbles, American Crafts, Carta Bella and more. Noel does such a beautiful job of coordinating products from many companies but that go so well together to make any kind of papercrafting project.

My page this week is based off of a February PageMaps sketch by the wonderful Becky Fleck

You can see more details of my page on the Noel Mignon blog today.

Many of you are familiar with Becky Fleck.

She is the mastermind behind PageMaps sketches for cards and layouts and she was the editor of Scrapbooking & Cards Today magazine. She has a great eye for design and a stellar reputation in the scrapbooking world.

Lily Bee and PageMaps

The design team at Lily Bee had the chance to work with Becky Fleck's PageMaps for June. Becky's sketches are some of my very favorites and are a great way to jumpstart creativity when scrapping. I really like them when I am stuck and can't seem to think of what I want to do on a page.

You can find Becky's PageMaps here

Here is the layout that I created with the sketch I was given:

I really liked the banner strips that went down the page. I pulled out some of my older Lily Bee stickers mixed with new chipboard pieces to make the banners.

You can see more inspiration from the talented Lily Bee team here.

Have a great day!

Saturday Sketches with Bella Blvd

Good morning!

Did you all survive Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping?

I am happy to report that I stayed away from the craziness and am happy that I did.

I was even sick on Thanksgiving and had to stay home while everyone else ate the traditional dinner at the inlaws' house.

Today I have a layout to share with you created based on this sketch from Becky Higgins:

I used the new "Kiss Me" collection for this along with some Bella buttons and twine from Pick Your Plum.

Have a great day!
