organizing a scrap space

I've seen some great organizational ideas on the Bella Blvd blog and that reminded me that I created a page for Scrapbook Trends that I hadn't yet shared here.

My room is far from the scrapping oasis that I've seen in some scrappers' homes but it is a space that's nice and big with two big tables for my things and an additional 6' table for my kids to do their crafting.

I have been bitten by the organization bug (thanks in part to my oldest daughter, Hailey, who loves to organize) and have some projects ahead but for now this is how it is. I will share some pictures after I get things cleaned up and where I want them to be.

I used a mix of American Crafts for this page:

I have lots of bins and drawers and organizers, just need to purge the old stuff and organize what's left.

a Scrapbook Trends toot!

Do you remember the little layout sneak that I showed you using Cosmo Cricket's new collection, "Garden Variety"? Do you also remember that I said I was submitting it for the August issue of Scrapbook Trends?

Well, it got picked up! This will be my third pub with them this year (a card in the February issue and a layout in the July and August issues) and I am so over-the-moon excited.
