a challenge at Lily Bee

This week I was in charge of a challenge over at the Lily Bee blog.

I didn't have much time to pull it together and decided on a scraplift challenge- a great way to jumpstart your creativity when you're in a scrappy slump.

I lifted a page from Cindy Liebel, one that she created for CHA using the new Pinwheel line. You can see her page and another designer's lift on the Lily Bee blog.

I overlapped my strips of paper and used papers of different widths. 

The speech bubbles are from one of the new Pinwheel papers. 

Such fun colors and patterns in the new collections! Here I have mixed Sweet Shoppe and PInwheel.
