using Project Life cards and a giveaway

Have you joined the Project Life/ pocket page craze?

It seems that that style of cards is available from so many companies now and I really like them and have even bought some of the plastic pages to do actual Project Life but have yet to use them in that way. Instead I use the cards on traditional scrapbook pages and really like the look.

It allows me to scrap quickly and I really like the variety of patterns for backgrounds and journaling.

You might remember these pages that I created a while back using some of the cards cards:

We R Memory Keepers cards, embellishments from Crate Paper, American Crafts, October Afternoon.

I've created a few pages recently with that same idea in mind and this is one of them:

For the above page I used: Becky Higgins Project Life holiday set, Studio Calico wood veneer asterisks, Dear Lizzy "love" wood veneer, American Crafts foam alpha stickers, Queen and Company pearls, American Crafts blue snowflake washi, We R Memory Keepers gold washi tape, Studio Calico Mister Huey spray mists, Tim Holtz tiny attacher.

How do YOU use the pocket page cards?

Leave a comment about how you use them or how you would use them to win a small assortment of cards that I have been umm...collecting ☺

I will choose a winner on Monday!

Are you hoarding them like I am?

I do monthly pages for Project Life - weekly is just too much for me! So I use the cards for those pages, plus cards too. Love how you've incorporated the PL cards on your pages!

I love these little cards and have been collecting a few here and there. I do plan on doing PL this year, and to use them in my granddaughter's first year album. I also love them on a traditional page, too.

Love PL card but haven't really gotten into it much as yet - but have drooled at it all over the web. I really want to use them to create an album of our travel BC (before kids). At the moment they are just sitting in a draw and the memorabilia is sitting in a bag on the floor looking sad. Love these pages. I think I'll be pinning these. Thanks for the opportunity to win these :)
