We dyed eggs the other day, had our Easter egg hunt yesterday (in our living room since it was stormy outside) and today we are keeping things a little more quiet to remember the real reason we celebrate Easter, the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. I am grateful for Him, for the perfect life He lived and for being willing to die for an unperfect person like me.
We'll be going to church with Matt's family today and will have dinner with them later. I wish on days like this that some of the family on my side lived closer,too. We got a nice package from my sister, Debbie...thank you so much for the fun things you sent for the kids.
