new kit from Noel Mignon

With a new month comes a new scrapbooking kit from Noel Mignon.

This month our kit is a Paris-inspired kit with lots of lace and textures and a softer color palette than last month's bright, summery kit.

Here is the first project that I have created with the kit, incorporating some hand stitching, which was our designer challenge for this week:
